Captivate PiP should be a layer with a new video on it, like a callout is on a new layer.
Can I sync the audio from PiP with video?

Mayer (Asking Right Questions) says that problem-solving transfer performance happens best with animation and coordinated audio or illustration and coordinated text. No comments about audio vs. text, however. I think he feels that question is irrelevant.
